Profile

My name is Payton Lobdell, and I opened Backyard Bullpens during the Pandemic of 2020.  At first, it was just a way to keep the bills paid and help my few clients stay busy during the tough times. As the world began to open back up, so did we, and in a big way.

2020-2023

For the Past Three plus years, we have consistently put back into the program. From converting the yard from grass to turf, giving not only one but two mound options, Plyo balls and other throwing accessories to choose from, to having a full size recovery room filled with a sauna, cold plunge, Normatec Compression Leg Sleeves, and much more.

Transition From Backyard to The Yard

In December of 2023, we have finally made the long and awaited switch to a new warehouse facility in beautiful  HUNTINGTON BEACH CA. Although, many of our clients loved the backyard, we felt that in order to give our athletes the best environment possible we needed to take it to the next level.

The Yard

Opening in December of 2023, we strive to keep the same backyard vibes to the new location. We have added a few new faces on our tech side of things. From Nextiles Sleeves to Armored Heat, we have brought a majority of our attention towards workload management and teaching arms of all ages how to monitor their workloads efficiently.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund on your booked lesson. If 24 hours was not given in advance and a lesson is needed to be canceled, there will be a $50 dollar fee for canceling within 24 hours.
